Marshmallow Acres Lodge and Guest Houses (together) is the combined rental of the four bedroom lodge along with two guest houses (5 bedrooms each) at a discounted rate! The lodge, a beautiful log home, features an open family living plan on the main floor a bedroom with a king, full bathroom, living room, laundry area/kitchen. The second level offers a large kitchen, living room, bedroom with a queen and bathroom. The top level of the house offers a king master and a loft area with a semi private queen bed. Each guest house includes five bedrooms (a master with a king, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full bed and a bedroom with two twins) and three full bathrooms, a living room, large eat-in kitchen with two islands, separate dining area, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, WIFI and satellite TV. Outside amenities include a Pond, swing set and camp fire pit. For those groups traveling together that want to be close to one another, this is the perfect choice – the large yard offers ample space to practice ball and enjoy a bbq together! Located just one mile to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.
